Introduction

Hi!
My name is Rachele and I am a second year University student. I am also a puppy foster parent for a service dog organization in Canada. I have fostered two other puppies along with my mom and are now on our third. This new little guy is my first puppy fostering on my own.

His name is Abbott and he is a black Labrador Retriever. I got him at the end of August and he is now 5 1/2 months old. The picture above is from around the time I got him.

He has grown quite a bit since I got him and this is what he looks like now. He is a very playful little pup, much like my first foster puppy Quadry. He loves to play with our other foster puppy Noel, who also happens to be his half brother. They even look similar and I sometimes have a hard time telling them apart. Abbott has some funny little quirks too. When I first got him I noticed that whenever he layed down, got up or did any other physical activity he grunted. He still does and I still find it cute. He also loves any toy that squeaks. He especially loves his blue plushy bone with the squeaker and carries it all around the house squeaking it.
